About Us

Dadabhai Advisory WLL, is an Accounting and Advisory service provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain, set up to provide professional services in Accounting, Taxation (VAT), Financial management, Corporate policies and Business Process Re-engineering, Transaction Services, Internal Audit, IT Control Services and other management services for the SME and Corporate Clients.

Sajeev Surendran

Managing Director


He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant having professional experience over 15 years.

He has been working as financial and management consultant during most of his professional career. He has worked with Advisory team of Big4 and renowned groups in the Middle East. His expertise includes Accounting, Taxation and Internal controls including process re-engineering.

He has been involved in various forensic auditing and successfully completed the same to support the stake holders of the company. Also he is an expert for the process reengineering, restructuring of the company, designing the SOP and Internal control system.

Sajeev, is a faculty for various professional courses such as ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants- UK), Certified Management Accountant (CMA- USA) and Indian Chartered Accountancy (ICAI).

He is also a speaker on various technical subjects including Taxation and Internal controls. Mr. Sajeev is also a mentor to the Indian School students to choose the right career in the field of accountancy, finance and management.


Sajal Arora

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possess over 13 years of practical professional work experience in almost all fields of integrated finance from Accounting, Auditing, Taxation - Direct & Indirect, Transfer Pricing, Project Financing, Project Costing, Financial Reporting & Analysis.

Hold In-depth hands-on experience and professional knowledge in taxation both direct taxation (Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Transfer Pricing) and indirect taxation (VAT, Customs, Excise Tax). Served many clients across multiple industries with best taxation planning and business transaction structure based on effective, viable, legally valid and sustainable solutions.

He assisted many clients in designing effective taxation strategies, holding in-house corporate trainings on VAT awareness, made successful VAT/GST implementation to ensure smooth transition to VAT/GST across United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and India.

He is also associated with professional institutions and consultancy firms to assist clients with VAT impact assessment and VAT implementation processes.

He also authored and published his book on Value Added Tax (VAT) in the United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman and in the Kingdom of Bahrain in association with Dadabhai Advisory. He hold passion to solve problems with long-term sustainable solutions and follow a professional approach with ethics to create value.


Suresh Nambiar

Senior Advisor


He is a CPA (AICPA, USA), Chartered Accountant (ACA, India), Company Secretary (ACS, India) and also holds a degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Mumbai.

He has 30+ years of experience in Corporate and Business & Management Consultancy. He has held diverse positions in General Management, Finance, HR, Procurement and Logistics during his corporate tenure both at location and regional level.

He was the General Manager and Regional Director (MEIA Region) – Business Affairs at a global MNC involved in packaging/manufacturing business. He has carried out various assignments in diverse geographies like Asia Pacific, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, Europe, Africa and North America.

He has considerable experience in areas of Financial Accounting, Project Report and Funding, Feasibility Study, Internal Control, Devising SOP, Cost Optimization, Corporate governance, Management Information Systems, Stake holder management, Human Resource Management and other related areas.

He is member of various professional institutions and has been a visiting/guest faculty at Management institution in Bangalore mentoring MBA students. He was also on the board of companies during his corporate tenure.

His diverse and varied experience and skills have helped improve the performance of companies and clients.
